Specials are subject to change, modification, or cancellation without notice and are available for a limited time only. Restrictions may apply. Offers are valid for new residents only and are available only on select apartment homes, floor plans, lease terms, and move-in dates, as specified by the individual promotion.

All applicants must meet the community's rental qualification standards and complete the application and approval process. Application fees, administrative fees, security deposits, pet fees, utility charges, and all other upfront costs remain due and payable unless otherwise stated in the specific offer.

Move-in Specials are subject to the terms outlined in the advertised promotion and may require move-in within a specified timeframe. Look-and-Lease Specials require the applicant to submit a completed rental application within the advertised timeframe following a qualifying tour, appointment, or follow-up contact from the leasing team. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Look-and-Lease Specials are based on application timing and not move-in date.

Rental concessions, discounts, credits, and free rent offers will be applied as outlined in the applicable promotion and lease agreement. Concessions have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for alternative benefits, and will not be applied to fees, deposits, utilities, or other non-rent charges.

Offers cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts, concessions, referral programs, preferred employer programs, or promotional incentives unless expressly approved by management. Community management reserves the right to interpret, modify, or discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion.
